Our learning cycle, which maps a new neurological network in your brain, requires that we repeat doing something for a minimum of 5 consecutive days.
Keep it up for another 21 days and the behaviour becomes more comfortable.
Continue this new action for 6 months and a new behaviour as your second nature: a habit has formed
