Natural Antibiotic
1/4tsp freshly finely grated garlic
1/4 tsp freshly finely grated ginger
1/4 squeezed lemon
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Drop of honey
- Stir well and swallow down in a swig. (If you have only garlic, use only garlic. Let it stand for 10min before drinking to activate the compound Allicin which is the active component to fight off bacteria)
- Repeat 3x per day for minimum of 5 consecutive days
- IMPORTANT : Take this recipe with a meal / full glass of water / tea / soup to line the stomach!
- Avoid all meat and dairy with immediate effect for at least 5 days. No sugar. No bread.
- Make veggie soups with some washed, soaked and 20min precooked split peas /lentils or frozen peas in it to give it some “body”….
- Raw onion cut and put next to the bed to extract bacteria coming out of you when you go to sleep into that open onion half rather than back into you from hanging in the air
- Get your pillows into the sun(uncovered) daily (when it is not raining), especially if you are breathing with unwell chest into your pillow…
- Hydrate well. (Finish a glass of water every hour and if you have a crystal of Himalayan salt to add to that glass so you are supercharging the water with some minerals and electrolytes and your body can use it more efficiently to carry waste from the immune system away)
