I was one of fortunate participants of IPC program. During the cleanse i thought i would go through physical transformation however to my surprise i went through the spiritual cleanse as well. My physical transformation resulted in loosing between 18-20lbs and altering my diet. I learned a lot about my body and started to understand it better. Now i began eating healthier food and started making all my food at home.

My spiritual transformation resulted in practicing meditation in understanding my soul which is part of me and understanding the Creator better.

Overall the program was very helpful and Dr. Sakeena and Lara were a Godsend.  They guided me throughout and were quick in responding and addressing our questions and inquiries. I will be recommending my close ones to the IPC, and would definitely participate again.
