Dear Lara,

I started the IPC journey the beginning of this year with you, .
The workshop by Lara, on how it worked and what I needed to do was very clear and fun. 

Lara and Dr. sakeena were very clear and helpful during this journey. Their support is great as well as their daily advice and insight along the journey.

I became very aware of what I was eating and drinking and the effect it had on me. And what I need to do to keep myself healthier and more energetic by getting rid of many more parasites. The enema’s really make you feel lighter. 

Thank you very much Lara and Dr. Sakeena for this opportunity. It’s definitely worth it.
